Accreditation
Accreditation isn’t just a certificate; it’s our promise that every student receives a world-class, standards-based education.
A Nationally Recognized Standard of Excellence
What This Means for Your Child
After nearly five years of dedicated preparation, Isabet Academy has earned full accreditation from the Middle States Association of Colleges and Schools Commissions on Elementary and Secondary Schools (MSA-CESS) — one of the most respected educational accrediting bodies in the United States.
This accreditation covers Grades 4 through 12 and places Isabet Academy among a distinguished group of schools recognized for excellence in curriculum, instruction, student outcomes, and institutional integrity.
What Accreditation Means for Your Child
Your child's education has been independently verified to meet nationally benchmarked quality standards.
Every aspect of our school — from classroom teaching to leadership — has undergone external professional review.
Accreditation is not a one-time achievement; ongoing reviews ensure we keep improving year after year.
An Isabet Academy diploma carries weight — recognized by colleges, universities, and employers across the country.
Your family's investment in Islamic education is backed by the same accountability standards applied to top schools nationwide.
Our commitment to your child's growth — academically, spiritually, and personally — is now formally recognized.
About MSA-CESS
The Middle States Association (MSA-CESS) has been evaluating educational institutions for over 130 years. It is a recognized accrediting authority across the United States and internationally — covering schools at every level, from early childhood through secondary education, across both public and private sectors, including faith-based institutions.
Accreditation through MSA-CESS is entirely voluntary, which makes it even more meaningful. The process involves an in-depth self-study, input from parents, students, and staff, a review of student performance data, and an in-person evaluation by an independent team of trained external reviewers. It is a living commitment, not a certificate on a wall.
Our Accreditation Journey
The path to accreditation was not short — and that is precisely what makes it meaningful. Here is how the journey unfolded, from the first planning meeting to the final approval letter.
Accreditation Process Initiated
Isabet Academy took its first formal steps toward MSA-CESS accreditation — assembling an internal leadership team, defining institutional goals, and laying the groundwork for the Self-Study process ahead.
Candidacy Approval Granted
After demonstrating readiness to MSA-CESS reviewers, Isabet Academy was granted official Candidacy status — confirming that our school met the foundational eligibility requirements to pursue full accreditation.
MSA-CESS On-Site Evaluation
A team of independent MSA-CESS evaluators visited our campus over three days to conduct a comprehensive review — examining curriculum delivery, classroom instruction, student support systems, faculty qualifications, leadership practices, and school facilities.
Full Accreditation Officially Approved
The Middle States Association formally awarded Isabet Academy full accreditation for Grades 4 through 12. Nearly five years of purposeful effort came to fruition. Alhamdulillah.
"And whoever relies upon Allah — then He is sufficient for him."
Qur'an 65:3To every parent who trusted us with your child, every teacher who gave their best, and every student who showed up and worked hard — this accreditation belongs to you.
