Non-Discrimination Policy

Isabet Academy is a faith-based educational institution founded to provide both academic excellence and Islamic education. Consistent with our mission and with applicable federal and Pennsylvania law, Isabet Academy admits students of any race, color, and national or ethnic origin to all the rights, privileges, programs, and activities generally made available to students at the school.

Isabet Academy does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, or national or ethnic origin in the administration of its educational policies, admissions policies, scholarship and tuition-assistance programs, athletic programs, or other school-administered programs.

As a religious institution, Isabet Academy may consider an applicant family’s commitment to and support of the school’s faith-based mission, values, and code of conduct in admissions and enrollment decisions, to the extent permitted by law. Isabet Academy also offers certain programs in single-gender settings as part of its educational model, consistent with applicable law governing private and religious schools.

Isabet Academy is committed to maintaining a learning environment free from unlawful discrimination and harassment. Inquiries or concerns regarding this policy may be directed to the school administration using the contact information in the Contact / Legal Address section below.

Note for the school: If Isabet Academy receives federal financial assistance, additional obligations under Title VI, Title IX, Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act, the Age Discrimination Act, and the Americans with Disabilities Act may apply, and this statement should be reviewed and expanded by legal counsel accordingly. Pennsylvania’s Human Relations Act may also apply.
