Blended Learning
Blended learning, sometimes referred to as hybrid learning, utilizes the combination of virtual academic delivery of material with the traditional method of teacher-led instruction. Therefore, there is a physical presence of a teacher or facilitator and the student in the classroom, with the teacher/facilitator guiding the students’ pace and assisting in learning course material provided by a virtual curriculum via the internet. Therefore, the student attends the actual brick and mortar location, where traditional classroom practices, such as face to face teacher to student interaction, takes place as well as the use of computer-mediated activities, where computer-generated material and/or technology support the teacher’s delivery of the virtual material and therefore the learning process.
Extracurricular Activities
Foreign Language
In addition to the English education they regularly receive, our students are given practical Arabic & Turkish lessons according to the curriculum. With this advantage, our students gain an invaluable trait: the ability to read, understand, and speak Islamic texts.
Psychological Counseling
Our guidance counselors regularly speak to each student individually, and the results are shared with the parents. Our counseling teachers educate our students by conducting class discussions, study methods, and programs on the importance of reading books, anxiety disorders, etc.
Scientific & Cultural Trips
Yearly trips are taken to culturally enriching, scientific, educational & historical areas to teach students their Islamic heritage & expanding their knowledge of the liberal arts.
